  • 0.3 tsp Fenugreek leaves (Kasuri Methi)

  • 50.0 ml Water
  • 0.0 Salt
  • 0.5 tbsp Fresh coriander, chopped (for garnish)

  1. Step 1: Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  2. Step 2: Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Aloo Muttar
  3. Step 3: Stir in garlic, ginger, and tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes turn soft.
  4. Step 4: Add turmeric, red chili powder, salt, and fenugreek leaves. Mix well.
  5. Step 5: Add diced potatoes and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Step 6: Pour in water, cover, and cook until potatoes are partially tender.
  7. Step 7: Add green peas and cook for another 5-7 minutes until everything is well-cooked.
  8. Step 8: Finish with garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander.
  9. Step 9: Serve hot with roti or rice.
