  • 2.0 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1.0 medium Carrot
  • 1.0 medium Bell pepper
  • 3.0 tablespoons Soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 1.0 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 3.0 whole Garlic cloves
  • 1.0 tablespoon Ginger
  • 2.0 stalks Green onions
  • 1.0 teaspoon Sesame seeds

  1. Step 1: Heat sesame oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  2. Step 2: Add tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5 minutes. light-tofu-veggie-stirfry
  3. Step 3: Toss in broccoli, carrot, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 5-6 minutes.
  4. Step 4: Pour in soy sauce and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
