- 1.0 block Firm tofu
- 2.0 cups Broccoli florets
- 1.0 medium Carrot
- 1.0 medium Bell pepper
- 3.0 tablespoons Soy sauce (low sodium)
- 1.0 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 3.0 whole Garlic cloves
- 1.0 tablespoon Ginger
- 2.0 stalks Green onions
- 1.0 teaspoon Sesame seeds

- Step 1: Heat sesame oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Step 2: Add tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5 minutes.
- Step 3: Toss in broccoli, carrot, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 5-6 minutes.
- Step 4: Pour in soy sauce and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Step 5: Remove from heat, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
