- 0.5 tbsp Coconut oil
- 0.5 tsp Mustard seeds
- 200.0 ml Coconut milk

- Step 1: Marinate fish with salt & turmeric.
- Step 2: Heat coconut oil, add mustard seeds & curry leaves.
- Step 3: Sauté shallots, garlic, ginger, chilli.
- Step 4: Stir in chilli powder + turmeric paste.
- Step 5: Add coconut milk, tomatoes, bring to simmer.
- Step 6: Gently cook fish 5 minutes.
- Step 7: Top with coriander.
