  • 0.5 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 0.5 tsp Mustard seeds

  1. Step 1: Marinate fish with salt & turmeric.
  2. Step 2: Heat coconut oil, add mustard seeds & curry leaves.
  3. Step 3: Sauté shallots, garlic, ginger, chilli.
  4. Step 4: Stir in chilli powder + turmeric paste.
  5. Step 5: Add coconut milk, tomatoes, bring to simmer.
  6. Step 6: Gently cook fish 5 minutes.
  7. Step 7: Top with coriander.
