- Step 1: In a bowl, mix yoghurt, ginger, garlic, ajwain, turmeric, red chili powder, lemon juice, and salt to form a marinade.
- Step 2: Add monkfish chunks to the marinade and coat well. Let it sit for at least 5 minutes.
- Step 3: Heat oil in a pan or preheat a grill. Cook the monkfish for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
- Step 4: Serve hot with a side of fresh salad or steamed vegetables.
